1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this App (“App”) operated by First Draft Recruitment Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use or access the App.

 

2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligible Users

You must be at least the minimum age required by applicable law to use this App. If you are under that age, you must obtain parental consent.

2.2 Access and Permissions

When you use the App, you grant us permissions to collect certain personal data (e.g., name, phone number, vehicle type, precise area / เขต) as required for the App’s functionality.

2.3 User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when required.
   

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any credentials or sensitive data you use with the App.
   

• You will not misuse the App (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or violate any laws).
   

 

3. Services Provided

We provide services via the App (e.g., collecting information, responding to inquiries, matching you with services, etc.). We may change, suspend, or terminate parts of the App or the entire App at our discretion.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, its content, features, designs, logos, and related materials are owned by First Draft Recruitment Co., Ltd., or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

 

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App, you consent to our collection, storage, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App (in whole or part) immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or we believe your behavior poses risk to the App or other users.

 

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.
   

• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any results will be obtained from its use.
   

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenues, data loss, or loss of profit, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
   

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless First Draft Recruitment Co., Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from (a) your use or misuse of the App; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) violation of any law or rights of a third party.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on our website or via the App. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Thailand.
